In 1991, the "EBUD" Przemyslowka Spolka z o.o. company was registered in the district court in Bydgoszcz. It was established as a result of the transformations and Bydgoskie Przedsiebiorstwo Budownictwa Przemyslowego "Przemyslowka" (Industrial Building Enterprise in Bydgoszcz) shere.

The company was established on the lasting basis and form the very beginning had superb personn at its disposal, which improved its abilities on many respomsible construction sites complpleted by "Przemyslowka" in Bydgoszcz. There are 100% of the company's assets coverd by the private capital.
